Deepika Padukone’s Family Connection

deepika padukone Deepika Padukone’s Family ConnectionDeepika Padukone is flying high these days, for the actress will be joined by her parents on the sets of her latest film ‘Break Ke Baad’, which is currently being shot in Mauritius. The actress, who has been having a busy schedule of late, was terribly missing her family, and as a result, Deepika’s doting parents decided to visit their daughter.
Talking to a news daily, a source said, “Deepika’s diary is chock-a-block. Over the last six months she has been shooting for ‘Khelen Hum Jee Jaan Se’, ‘Lafange Parinde’ and now ‘Break Ke Baad’. In the midst of all this, she was also promoting her film ‘Housefull’ and other endorsements.”
“She has hardly spent time with her parents and has been missing them. She was missing them so much that they instantly decided they would go and visit her on the sets. Incidentally, they have never been on her sets before this. This will be the first time,” the source said.

When enquired, Deepika Padukone confirmed the news and said, “I have been working round the clock and I just thought that it would be nice if they can spend some time together with me after my shoot. They will be here for a week and once I am done with the shooting of ‘Break Ke Baad’, we all are planning a big family holiday. I will be in the middle of work but I would at least get to spend some time with them. They will come next week and be with me till the end of the schedule, which will be a week from the time they come.”

Big B writes on women shopping tendency

big-bAmitabh Bachchan has penned down an interesting blog this time. The topic he has chosen deals with women shopping tendency.
The write-up appears to be an exact scenario of females on shopping. Few extracts from his blog:
Shopping can be equally enjoyable! Many of the male species would disagree.
Shopping for them is an adventure, a treasure hunt. Its an entire film story that has a definite beginning a middle and an end. Most of the time ! Nothing is instant and quick. These terms do not exist in the diary. They shall walk into a store with the impression to the shop keeper that it is likely that they shall buy up the entire store. This is most effectively conveyed through speech, attitude and gesture.. With each seductive turn of the body to admire the product now upon them, there is opinion sought from those that accompany on what they think of selected item. When accompaniment agrees to its fit and elegance and beauty, they shall be subjected to a well meaning query as to why accompaniment thinks so. If not, an argument on the merits and demerits of its presence on body shall be animatedly pursued.

The moment another client shows interest in their choice, a quick selection occurs and the product is asked to be kept aside and reserved for them, just so that the other does not get it !! Whether it will be purchased or not has still to be decided.
Having secured the sale of desired article, or its prevention to sale, a devastating move now takes place. The female imperially announces that she will be back in just a moment, and walks out ! Walks out to the next store ! Next store, to check if they are carrying something similar or better or cheaper or more expensive.
Amitabh has this time taken up an issue which is favourite of all the women around and definitely all the men would be happy that finally someone dared to speak on a topic which niggling to all those men who acccompany females on shopping.
